“I can remember as if it were yesterday the thrill of planning my wedding and how it inspired me to start my own couture label. Now I would love to bring that same inspiration to your bridal gown, and help to make your wedding day as significant as mine was.” Cindy Bam.
Cindy Bam will be busy with an exciting project and be in and out of South Africa for most of the year. If all goes according to plan, she will be attending the London Wedding Expo in September 2012.
The studio will be closed from 1 April 2012 until Cindy re-opens. (Date to be confirmed) Cindy will keep in touch via email and Face book and will let you in on what she’s doing.
Why make an appointment?
Cindy Bams Studio (not a shop) is in Cape Town where she meets her clients and designs and manufactures from. We believe in giving each client our undivided attention, give valuable input to what suits them best and let them try on delicate one of a kind gowns.
Appointments for custom made gowns
All private consultations with Cindy and custom made couture orders are now closed until she gets back and the studio is re-opened to the public.

You are welcome to book an hour with Monique and buy from our range of stunning, one of a kind gowns.There are many new readymade gowns and plenty are marked down. All stock must go. Contact the studio on Tel: +27 (0)21 462 5882 and arrange a fitting with Monique.

Various sizes. Alterations can be done to make it truly yours and will be quoted for separately.
R5000 / R6000 / R8000 / R10 000 / R12 000 / R15 000 - Custom made: Have a gown designed and made on your measurements
All custom made orders are closed until January 2013.
R17 000 / R20 000/ R25 000 / R45 000 / R60 000
Unfortunately we don’t hire, due the delicate fabric that we use.
Can I bring my best friend/ fiancé/ mother/ bridesmaids?
We prefer for the bride to come alone or with one or two guests. We can get a clearer idea of exactly what you would like if we are dealing purely with your own wishes. If you do wish to bring a guest, please give them some advance warning of your ideas and let them view Cindy's work on the website.
Each designer has their own style of designing and you must be able to relate to her work. If your mother envisaged you in virgin white and your dream dress made of vintage, ivory silk and lace, complications can arise.
Please no dogs or kids: The studio is not child friendly as all the delicate fabrics and designer gowns are on display.
